Courier247
Courier operations service

Terms of use

Rules for using Courier247 as a driver or fleet operator. Your contract for the actual work and pay sits with the fleet you work with, not with this page alone.

Effective 20 August 2026

The service

Courier247 is software for courier fleets: job dispatch, evidence capture, notifications and invoicing tools. Companies and drivers can register from the product. You must be 18 or over.

Your account

Use your own login. Keep documents accurate. Do not share passwords. The fleet can suspend or refuse a driver according to their process in the product.

Jobs and evidence

Follow the ordered stops. Provide truthful location events, photos, PODs and signatures when the job requires them. Do not submit evidence for work you did not do.

Invoices

Dispatch status and issued financial documents are controlled in the service. Issued invoices are snapshots and cannot be silently edited. Corrections are credit or debit notes. Self-billing is only available where the fleet has a valid agreement recorded for you.

In-app “paid” marks are operational records. They are not a bank payment instruction executed by Courier247.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or attempt to access another fleet’s data. Do not upload unlawful content.

Availability

We aim for continuous service but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Offline queues in the driver app exist so work can continue with poor signal; you remain responsible for syncing when connectivity returns.

Liability

The fleet is responsible for its operations, insurance, employment or contractor status, and HMRC compliance. Courier247 provides software. Nothing in these terms limits liability that UK law does not allow to be limited (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections if they apply to you.
